Because our food is cooked fresh for every order, the time you cancel affects what we can refund.

1. Cancelling Your Order

• Before we confirm or start preparing your order — you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
• After preparation has started — cancellation may not be possible. If we can accept it, we may charge for food already prepared.
• After the order is out for delivery — the order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, call the branch as soon as possible with your order number. You can check your order status on the Track Order page.

2. Catering and Large Orders

Catering and large group orders need more preparation. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may lose some or all of any deposit paid.

3. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order if items are unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, we can't reach you, or because of events beyond our control. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid as described in our Refund Policy.
